mails, and upon the proper information as provided herein the Clerk of
the Court shall issue same. Said license shall bear the signature of the
Game Warden and shall be countersigned by the Clerk issuing the same,
who shall at the same time fill out on a stub attached to the license blank
the name and address of the licensee and the location of blind, and shall
then detach said stub and mail to the Game Warden. In addition to said
license for said blind, every person hunting from same must have in.
possession a Hunter's License, and tag displayed on outer garment, center
of back, as provided by law.

1927. ch. 568. sec. 45.

46. Any person who shall obtain a license as provided for in this
Article to erect a blind and the same may thereafter be destroyed in any
manner beyond the control of the owner, shall have thirty days in which
to replace or restore same without losing the set which the same formerly
occupied.

(a) Whenever an owner of land bordering on any waters of this State
shall desire to erect a booby, brush or stake blind in front of his property,
or other person to whom he shall give permission, he shall not place same
within 250 yards of the dividing line of any property owned by him and
the adjoining property bordering on said waters (the distance contained
herein shall not apply to the waters that are tributary of the Chesapeake
Bay and the Potomac River in the Counties of Charles, Calvert and St.
Mary's), meaning a. line extending ont over the waters drawn direct from
the dividing line of said properties at the shore line, unless with the con-
sent of the adjoining landowner, same being for the purpose of allowing
each landowner bordering on any of the waters of the State permission to
avail himself of the privilege of setting, erecting or maintaining a booby,
brush or stake blind in front of his property.

1927. ch. 568. sec, 46.

47. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter, use or occupy any
other person's booby, brush or stake blind, which is licensed as provided
for in this sub-title, for the purpose of hunting water fowl, without first
obtaining the permission from the licensee of said blind. Any person vio-
lating any provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of trespass;
and be subject to the penalty as herein provided for other violations, the
prosecution of such offenders shall be made and proceedings instituted by
the licensee of said blind.

1927. ch. 568. sec. 47.

48. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt water fowl in the State
of Maryland at night time in any manner whether from the shore or other-
wise. The words "night time" shall be construed to mean the time begin-
ning with one-half hour after sunset until one-half hour before sunrise the
