by deed bearing date of January 19, 1911, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore Countj- in Liber W. P. C. 373, folio 138, etc., was
conveyed by Walter R. Townsend to Cityco Realty Company and as
shown on the plat of said property recorded among the Plat Records of
Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. 4, folio 131, and known as Plan C.

LUTHERVILLE.

1920, ch. 144. B. Co. C. (1916), sec. 412. 1928, sec. 491.

491. The Board of County Commissioners for Baltimore County, at
the time of the annual tax levy for the year 1920, and for each succeed-
ing year thereafter until this Act is repealed, are hereby authorized, di-
rected and required to make a special annual levy of such amount as may
be mentioned in the petition hereinafter referred to, on each one hun-
dred dollars of the whole assessable real estate in the village of Lutherville,
in Baltimore County, to be collected as other county taxes in said county
are collected, and to be paid over monthly as collected by the Collector
and Treasurer of Baltimore County to the Treasurer of Baltimore County
to the Treasurer of the Lutherville Improvement Association of Luther-
ville, Maryland, to be used by said Association for the maintenance, up-
keep and improvement of the roads and paths of said village of Luther-
ville, provided twenty or more persons owning taxable real estate in
said village shall, prior to each annual levy petition the County Commis-
sioners asking that such levy be made, and in said petition mentioning
the amount desired to be specially levied, provided the same shall not
exceed the sum of twenty cents on each one hundred dollars of assessable
property as aforesaid.

492. For the purposes of this Act, the metes and bounds of the village
of Lutherville shall be deemed and taken to be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the York Turnpike Road and a road
running along the northern1 boundary of the property formerly owned
by William S. Colliiigs, and following said last-mentioned road in a
westerly direction until it strikes the east side of the Northern Central
Railway, thence southerly, binding on the east side of the said railway,
to a bridge crossing a stream near Creighton Sanitarium and Boyce's coal
yard, thence following said stream and another stream that empties into
it 111 a southerly and easterly direction to the county road leading from
Riderwood to Lutherville; thence following said road in a northerly and
easterly direction until it reaches the property upon which is built the
colored Odd Fellows Hall; thence in one continuous straight line diag-
onally across the Worley estate property and through a strip of woodland
belonging to the Ridgelys of Hampton and across the tracks of the town
and Cockeysyille Electric Railway to the northwesternniost corner of the
property of James W. Shea; thence following the northernmost boundary
line of the Shea property in an easterly direction to the westernmost bound-
