Court for Baltimore County and justices of the peace of said county shall
be paid to the County Commissioners of Baltimore County, for the use
of said county.

222. All fines and forfeitures imposed by the Circuit Court for Balti-
more County and collected by the sheriff of said county, shall be paid

within ten days after he shall have collected the same; and all fines and
forfeitures imposed and collected by justices of the peace in said county
shall be paid over to said County Commissioners as provided by section
405 of this Article, subtitle "Justices of the Peace and Constables."

date of conviction or forfeiture, the charge on which arrested, the amount
of the fine or forfeiture, and a reference to the docket and folio in which
the trial is recorded.
