210. The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Baltimore County
shall cause to be stricken from the list of qualified voters on the registra-
tion books thereof before the next election in Baltimore County the names
of all persons' residing in that portion of the Eleventh District by this
Act made a part of the Ninth Election District and shall cause such
names so stricken off as aforesaid to be transferred to the registration
books of the Ninth Election District of Baltimore County.

211. The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Baltimore County, in
their judgment and discretion, from time to time may subdivide the
election precincts of the Ninth and Eleventh Election Districts, as now
established, or to subdivide and change the boundaries of any precinct or
establish additional precincts in either the said Ninth or Eleventh Dis-
tricts of Baltimore County and they are hereby empowered and author-
ized to make such subdivision or additions and to establish the boundaries
of such subdivision or additions in such way as to facilitate and expedite
the casting of their ballots by the voters thereof; provided, however, that
no one precinct in either of said districts shall contain less than 300
voters and whenever in the exercise of the discretion conferred upon the
Board of Supervisors of Elections by this Act they shall appoint officers
of registration and judges and clerks of election thereof as provided by
the General Laws of the State of Maryland and the officers of registra-
tion and judges and clerks shall perform all the duties as provided in the
General Laws.

212. Due notice shall be given by the Board of Supervisors of Elec-
tions of Baltimore County to all persons affected or changed from said
Eleventh District to the Ninth Election District of Baltimore County, as
provided for in this Act.

213. The Code of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, com-
piled by T. Scott Offutt, and published by the County Commissioners of
Baltimore County, in nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, is hereby legal-
ized and shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of this State and
by all the justices of the peace and by all other public officials therein to be
evidence of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County purporting to be
contained therein.
