196. The boundary line between the First and Third Election Dis-
tricts of Baltimore County, as now laid down, is changed, and the line
which hereafter shall divide said districts shall be as follows: Beginning
for the same in the center of Gwynn's Falls, at the easternmost outline
of the Second Election District of Baltimore County; thence running
down the center of said Gwynn's Falls to the center of the Powder Mill
Run; thence northerly along the center of Powder Mill Run to the center
of the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Road; thence southeasterly along
the center of the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Road to the western-
most city limits of the City of Baltimore.

197. The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Baltimore County
shall cause to be stricken from the list of qualified voters on the registra-
tion books thereof the names of all persons residing in that portion of
the Third Election District of Baltimore County lying east of the center
of Powder Mill Run and southwest of the Baltimore and Liberty Turn-
pike Road, hereby placed in Election District No. 1, and shall cause such
names so stricken off as aforesaid to be transferred to the registration
books of the Third Precinct of the First Election District of Baltimore
County.

198. Due notice shall be given by the Board of Election Supervisors
of Baltimore County to all persons affected or changed from said Third
Election District to the First Election District of Baltimore County, as.
provided for in this Act.

199. The boundary line between the First and Second Election Dis-
tricts of Baltimore County, as now laid out from the point of the inter-
section of Gywnn Oak Avenue and the Dogwood Road, and running thence
along the center of said Dogwood Road to the Patapsco River, is hereby^
changed to the north or northeast side of said Dogwood Road, and bind-
ing thereon to the Patapsco River, so that the whole of the said bed of
said Dogwood Road shall be included within the boundaries of the First
Election District of Baltimore County, from said point at the intersection;
of Gwynn Oak Avenue and Dogwood Road to the Patapsco River.

200. The line between the First and Thirteenth Election Districts of
Baltimore County which shall hereafter divide said districts shall be as
follows: Beginning for the same at the intersection of the southern bound-
ary line of Baltimore City with the south side of Wilkens Avenue, as
now laid out and existing, and running thence westerly with the south side
of said Wilkens Avenue to the point at which the present boundary line.
