tried by him, and shall pay over to the Treasurer of Wicomico County,
the fines and penalties collected by him, at time of making said report.
If any justice of the Peace shall fail to make said report or pay over any
fine collected by him as the time herein limited for so doing, he shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction in the Circuit Court
for Wicomico County shall be fined not less than Fifty nor more than
Five Hundred Dollars, or sentenced to be confined in the Maryland House
of Correction for not less than three months or more than two years, or to
both fine and imprisonment.

118A. It shall not be lawful for any individual, co-partnership or firm,
who are non-residents of Wicomico county, to open a room or place of
business for the purpose of selling goods, wares and merchandise at auc-
tion, or by any temporary expedients at variance with the regular licensed
system of mercantile business in the said comity, without first applying to
the clerk of the Circuit Court of the said county for a special auction
license to sell in the said county, and to pay therefor the sum of three hun-
dred dollars, the said license to be non-transferable.

118B. Any individual, co-partnership or firm, who are non-residents
as aforesaid, who shall attempt to violate the provisions of the preceding
section in not having procured a license as required therein, shall be sub-
ject to a penalty of one hundred dollars for each and every day he shall
so violate its provisions, one-half to the use of the State, and the other half
to the County School Commissioners for the benefit of the public schools.

119. It shall not be lawful to manufacture or to sell intoxicating liquor
in any quantity whatever, not to grant or issue, or cause to be granted or
issued, any license to sell intoxicating liquor in any quantity whatever
within the limits of Wicomico county.

120. Whoever shall, by himself or another, either as principal, clerk
or servant, directly or indirectly, sell, barter or exchange any intoxicating
liquor in any quantity whatever within Wicomico county, or keep or have
in his possession any intoxicating liquor with intent to sell or otherwise
