habitual drunkard or to any person whose parent or parents, guardian,
husband, wife, son, daughter, brother or sister or committee1 shall have
given notice to said club licensee, through its secretary or executive officer,
that such person is of intemperate habits, and requesting that no such
liquors as aforesaid shall be sold by said licensee to said person, and no
licensee under this Act shall knowingly sell, barter or give any intoxicating,
spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer to any person who is a minor
or under twenty-one years of age.

670. No licensee under this Act shall sell or permit to be sold at its
dub house or club rooms to any person intoxicating, spirituous or fer-
mented liquors or lager beer on any day on which an election is now or
may be hereafter required to be held, except that said licensee in cases
of municipal elections shall only be required to refrain from selling or
permitting to be sold in towns where said elections are held.

671. It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this Act to sell any
spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer to any person between the
hours of twelve o'clock midnight and 8 o'clock A. M., or at any time on
the Lord's day, commonly called Sunday.

672. All sums of money received by the Clerk of the Court under the
provisions of this Act, except the fees allowed herein and a commission
of 1% on all sums collected by him for licenses, shall be paid by him on
the first Monday of each and every month in the year, respectively, to
wit, one-fourth of* twenty-five per cent, of al] sums of money derived from
licenses thereof, shall be turned over to the State Terasurer on the first
Monday of each and every month in the year respectively, and the balance
of all sums of money derived from licenses under this Act, to all clubs
located in the town of Hagerstown or within two miles thereof, with the
above exception, shall be paid by him to the Tax Collector of said town
for the use of the street fund, to be applied in making and cleaning the
streets of the City of Hagerstown, and all moneys derived from licenses
issued under this Act in the other incorporated towns shall be paid by
him respectively to the Treasurer or Tax Collector of said incorporated
towns; and all moneys derived from licenses issued under this Act else-
where in the County shall be paid by him to the County Tax Collector,
to be applied on Court expenses, and the bond of said clerk shall be liable
for all moneys received under the provisions of this Act and not paid
over as herein directed.

673. Any club which shall hereafter be convicted of selling intoxi-
cating, spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer or any admixture
