4586 ARTICLE 21.

FIREWORKS.

1908, ch. 604, sec. 1 (p. 1025).

257A. No person or persons shall fire or discharge any hand gun,
pistol, squib, rocket, firecracker, mixture of gunpowder or other fireworks,
on any public road or highway within the limits of Tilghman Island, in
the fifth election district of Talbot county.

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before any judge of
the Circuit Court or justice of the peace of said county shall be fined not
more than ten dollars and cost of prosecution.

FISH.

(All local fish laws were repealed by ch. 471, 1929. See 1929 Supplement to Anno-
tated Code, Art. 39.)

FOXES.

1908, ch. 22, sec. 1 (p. 1022). 1908, ch. 464, sec. 1 (p. 1022).

258. It shall not be lawful to kill or injure any fox in Talbot county
when such fox is pursued by dogs.

1908, ch. 464, sec. 2 (p. 1022).

259. It shall not be lawful to sell or expose for sale any fox or any fox
hide in Talbot county, and it shall not be lawful to ship by freight, express
or otherwise any fox or any fox hide from any place in Talbot county to
any place outside of Talbot county.

260. Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this Act
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
before any justice of the peace in Talbot county shall be fined ten dollars
and the costs of prosecution, one-half of which said fine shall go to the
informer.

1904, ch. 184, sec. 1.

261. It shall be the duty of the County Treasurer of Talbot County to
make out and file with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said county not
less than twenty days before the third Monday in January, in each and
every year, a full and complete list of all the male taxable residents of
said county whose names appear on the tax books thereof, and who are
not known to said Treasurer to be under the age of twenty-five years, to
which list, so to be made and filed, he shall append a certificate that said
list is fully and fairly made, and for said list shall receive such compen-
sation as the County Commissioners of said county shall deem right and;
