3. They may use a common seal, and may change the same at their P. L. L., 1888, Art. 18, sec. 4. 1860, Art. 18, sec. 4. 4. As often as any one of the said trustees shall die, resign, remove
out of the county or become incapable of acting, the county commissioners P. L. L., 1888, Art. 18, sec. 5. 1860, Art. 17, sec. 5.
5. Any male citizen of the county over twenty-one years of age shall P. L. L., 1888, Art. 18, sec. 6. 1860, Ait. 17, sec. 6. 6. The person so elected shall, before acting as such trustee, take before
some other of the trustees the following oath: "I, A. B., do swear that P. L. L., 1888, Art. 18, sec. 7. 1860, Art. 17, sec. 7.
7. Any person elected as trustee who shall wilfully refuse or delay
and pay the sum of twenty-five dollars; but no member of the general

8. The said trustees shall meet between the first and tenth day of P. L. L., 1888, Art. 18, sec. 9. 1860, Art. 17, sec. 9. 9. They shall require the said overseer to enter into bond, with good
and sufficient securities, payable to the said trustees, in the penalty of five P. L. L., 1888, Art. 18, sec. 10. 1860, Art. 17, sec. 10.
10. They may remove said overseer and all other officers appointed |
