750. Except as otherwise provided herein, all Acts and parts of Acts,
laws and parts of laws, ordinances and parts of ordinances, inconsistent
herewith or contrary hereto, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
MOUNT RAINIER.

751. The citizens of the town of Mt. Rainier, in Prince George's
county, are hereby created a body corporate by the name of the Mayor and
Common Council of Mt. Rainier with all the powers and privileges of a
body politic corporate, and by said corporate name may have perpetual
succession, sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, in any Court of law
or equity, may have and use a common seal, may purchase and hold real,
personal and mixed property, and sell and dispose of the same for the
benefit of the town.

752. The boundaries of said town shall be as follows: Commencing
at a point where the center line of Thirty-fourth Street if extended would
intersect the northwestern right of way of Grape Street as now laid out;
thence running southwesterly on the northwestern right of way of Grape
Street to the western boundary line of Rogers' Addition to Mount Rainier;
thence southerly along said line to the line of the District of Columbia;
thence southeasterly along said line of the District of Columbia to the
southern right of way of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad; thence on said
right of way to a point opposite the western boundary line of the McCul-
lough property; thence by a straight line to the western boundary line
of the McCullough property and with the lines of said property to the
southern line of the Bunker Hill Road; thence across the Bunker Hill
Road by a straight line to the western boundary line of the Keenan prop-
erty; thence north with said boundary to the dividing line between the
towns of Mount Rainier and Brentwood as now constituted, said line
being the northernmost lot line of the sub-divisions known as Rhode
Island Avenue Second Addition to Mount Rainier and Funkhouser and
Marshall's Sub-Division; thence west on said line to the eastern right of
way of Cedar Lane; thence north along said right of way of Cedar Lane
to the center line of Dewey Street; thence west with the center line of
Dewey Street to the center line of Thirty-fourth Street; thence north along
the said center line of Thirty-fourth Street and Thirty-fourth Street ex-
tended to Grape Street and thence across Grape Street with the center
line of Thirty-fourth Street extended to the place of beginning.
