singular the duties and obligations of Police Justice; and that he will
account for and pay over to the County Commissioners of said County,
or to any other person or persons entitled to receive the same, all fines,
penalties, forfeitures and costs imposed and collected by him, or received
by him from any other source under the provisions of the Public Gen-
eral and Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, or any ordinance
of any incorporated town in Prince George's County, which bond shall be
recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County,
and the same shall be liable at the suit of the State for the use of the
State of Maryland, or for the use of the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County, or for the use of any other person or persons or cor-
poration who may be entitled to sue on the same in case of default in any
of its conditions.

580. The Police Justice so appointed by virtue of this Act, shall have
an office in the town of Upper Marlboro, at some suitable place, to be pro-
vided by the County Commissioners of Prince George's County, at the
expense of the County; an office in the town of Hyattsville at some suitable
place, to be provided by the County Commissioners at the expense of the
County; and an office in the town of Laurel at some suitable place to be
provided by the County Commissioners at the expense of the County; and
at such other temporary locations in said County as the business of his
office, public necessity, or convenience may require; provided, however,
that he shall be required to hold his Court in the town of Laurel on Mon-
day of each week, in the town of Hyattsville on Wednesday of each week,
in Seat Pleasant Election District on Thursday of each week, and in the
town of Upper Marlboro on Friday of each week; and shall attend at his
office as often and at such hours as necessity may require. That there shall
accompany him and be preesnt at his office wherever located, at all times
during the sessions of said Court the Clerk of the Police Justice as in
this Act provided for, who shall have with him at all times a docket, which
shall conform to and be similar, as near as practicable, to the criminal
docket in use by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County.

581. The said Police Justice is hereby invested with, and shall have
jurisdiction to hear, try and determine all cases involving the charge of
any offense, crime or misdemeanor not punishable by confinement in the
Penitentiary, or involving a felonious intent, which may be committed
within Prince George's County; and shall have jurisdiction to hear, try
and determine all prosecutions or proceedings for the recovery of any pen-
alty, for doing or omitting to do any act within Prince George's County,
the doing of which or the omission to do which, is made punishable under
the laws of this State by any pecuniary fine or penalty, or by imprison-
ment in jail, or in the Maryland House of Correction; all of which acts
or omissions are herebv declared to be criminal offenses; and the said
