3860 ARTICLE 17.
Acts of the General Assembly of 1910. Precinct No. 2 shall comprise and
consist of all the balance of the territory in the said district, as the same
was laid out and established by Chapter 345 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1906.

424. The polling place of Precinct No. 1 shall be in the town of
Mount Rainier at some place in said precinct to be selected and designated
by the Supervisors of Election of Prince George's County.

424 A. The polling place of Precinct No. 2 shall be in the town of
Brentwood at some place in said precinct to be selected and designated by
the Supervisors of Election of Prince George's County

425. A new election district in Prince George's County, Maryland,
is hereby created and established from parts of District No 1, Vansville;
No 2, Bladensburg; No 13, Kent, and No 14, Bowie; said new district
to be known as Lanham District or as District No 20, said district to be
established by the Board of Supervisors of Election as hereinafter pro-
vided in time for the registration of voters legally entitled to register there-
in at the next general election for members of Congress

426. The said election distnct so created shall be within, as near as
practicable, the following metes and bounds, that is to say: Beginning at
a point on the right-of-way of the Pennsylvania Railroad directly south
of the junction of the Bladensburg and Annapolis stage road and the road
leading to Ardwick, running due noith to the southeast line of River dale
District, thence with said line in an easterly direction to its end, thence
northerly with the east line of Riverdale Distnct extended to a creek being
about one-half mile north of load from College Park to Hynesboro, thence
with said creek in a northeasterly direction to the road leading from
Branchville to Hynesboro, thence by a straight line in a southeasterly direc-
tion to a point on the right of-way of the Pennsylvania Railroad, where
said railroad crosses a creek, being about half way between Seabrook and
Glendale Stations, thence due south to a creek about one-third mile south
of Ardwick-Woodmore road, thence by a straight line to the point of be-
ginning
The Board of Supervisors of Election of Prince George's County is
hereby required at least three months prior to the next legistration to
cause a survey to be made, as near a b practicable following the above
metes and bounds, and shall within thirty days after the conclusion of said
survey cause to be published twice in two newspapers of said county the
bounds of said district.
