sold for a default in the payment of taxes, which sales have or may here-
after be reported to the Circuit Court as provided by law, which docket
shall be provided with space to enter the time of redemption of the said
property so sold and reported, and space for such other entries as shall
afford complete and accurate information relative to the legal status of
all property sold as aforesaid for a default in the payment of taxes or the
redemption thereof; and the treasurer of said county is hereby authorized
and directed to report to the said clerk of the Circuit Court the redemp-
tion of all property sold for taxes, for which report the said treasurer shall
be authorized to charge a fee of twenty-five cents for each redemption as
reported, which fee shall be charged as a part of the penalty and costs as
to the said sale for taxes, to be paid by the person redeeming said prop-
erty, and all such fees so collected shall be credited to the redemption
fund now or hereafter provided by law relative to the duty of the said
treasurer.

237. When and as the dockets and indexes as herein provided are com-
pleted the County Commissioners of Prince George's County be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to levy for said purpose an amount
sufficient to pay what is a fair and reasonable charge for the work afore-
said, as well as for the cost and proper expense for the books, furniture,
and fixtures requisite to preserve and keep the said records in good order
and shape; provided, that the cost of the work herein authorized and di-
rected shall first be met out of the current fees of the office of the said
clerk over and above the amount necessary to pay the salaries of said
office and expenses of said clerk as fixed by law.

238. The clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Mary-
land, is hereby authorized and empowered to provide metallic files for the
tetter protection of the law and equity court papers and records of the
Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland, according to the
most approved system now in vogue
COLMAR MANOR.*

239. The citizens of the town of Colmar Manor as hereinafter defined
are a body corporate, by the name of the Mayor and Town Council of
Colmar Manor, Maryland, and by that name may have perpetual succes-
sion, sue an be sued, have and use a common seal, and may purchase and
hold all kinds of property including real estate, or dispose of the same by
sale or lease for the benefit of said district.
*The Act incorporating Colmar Manor was ratified by the voters at election May
12, 1927, in accordance with the provisions of secs 20 and 21, ch. 178, 1927
