then the Mayor and Common Council shall, without delay, proclaim their
adoption.

191. The Road Directors of Prince George's County shall pay over to
said Mayor and Common Council of Capitol Heights, as soon as this Act
shall become effective, to be expended by said Mayor and Common Coun-
cil exclusively in the repair and improvement of streets and roads within
the limits of said town, all sums collected and now in the possession of
said Road Directors representing the proportionate amount of taxes col-
lected and now held by said Road Directors for account of the territory
now within the limits of said Capitol Heights

192. On and after the fifteenth day of June, 1916, the street road or
avenue known as "Berryman Avenue" situate and located in the incor-
porated town of Capitol Heights, Prince George's County, according to
the metes and bounds of said avenue as described and shown upon the
plat of the subdivision of the said town of Capitol Heights as the same is
recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said Prince
George's County, and running from the State road known as Central Ave-
nue in a southerly direction to and connecting with the road known as
Marlboro Pike, shall heieafter be known as a county road, and be under
the supervision of the County Commissioners of said Prince George's
County, subject to the County and State laws governing such roads

193. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to estab-
lish or maintain in Prince George's County a cemetery or graveyard for
the burial of human bodies without the written permission, first obtained
of the County Commissioners of said county Provided, however, that the
written permission of the County Commissioners, for the establishment of
a cemetery or graveyard shall not waive the provisions of any zoning law
or any other law which applies to the establishment of a cemetery or
graveyardl, the requirement of this section being intended as an addition
to and not in substitution of any existing law or laws Any person, firm
or corporation violating any provisions of this section shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not
less than One Hundred Dollais ($100) nor more than Five Thousand
Dollais ($5,000) The County Commissioners shall also have all the
powers by way of injunction, which the law gives, to prevent the estab-
lishment or maintenance or to cause the removal when once established
or maintained of a cemetery or graveyard, sought to be established or
maintained, or actually established and maintained, without the written
permission of the County Commissioners obtained as aforesaid
