700. The County Commissioners shall create and aet apart a fund to
be known and designated as "The Police Fund," and the County Com-
missioners are authorized and empowered and directed to levy each and
every year such sum or sums as may be necessary for the purpose of this
Act.

701. The County Commissioners of Montgomery County shall have
full authority and supervision of any and all members of said police force,
and shall pass such orders and regulations governing their actions as
members of said force, as they shall in their discretion from time to time

702. The citizens of the town of Poolesville are created a body cor-
porate by the name of "The Commissioners of Poolesville," with all the
powers and privileges of a body politic and corporate, and by said corpo-
rate name may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, plead and be
impleaded in any court of law or equity in said county, and may have

703. The corporate limits of the town shall be as follows: Beginning
at the mouth of road leading from the Poolesville and Rockville roads
through the land of Captain John T. Fletchall; running on the dividing

Cator and said Thos. H. Poole; continuing between Charles Poole and
said Thomas H. Poole; thence between Misses Tolbot and said Thomas
H. Poole; thence between the Protestant Episcopal Rectory and said

to the Beallsville road; thence between F. S. Poole and Mrs. E. W. Poole;

Ferry; thence running from said road so as to include the .stable of Mrs.
H. Metzger to the intersection of the lands of Isaac Fyffe, George Byrd
and James W. Darby; thence running on the dividing line of Isaac Fyffe
and James W. Darby South, continuing in a straight line through the
lands of said Isaac Fyffe to a point in the land of said Isaac Fyffe; thence
running in a straight line east with the line between Charles J. Norris
and the Poolesville High School to the intersection of the original line;
thence running on the line between the lands formerly owned by Scott
Beall and Leonard Hebron; thence with a straight line to Dr. Wootton's
land to the land of Thomas N. Gott; thence between Thomas N. Gott and
