in Montgomery County, through Oak Spring Lock Triangulation Station,
thence northeasterly along said line produced to the point of intersection
of Falls Road and the center of the road running westerly and north-
westerly from Scotland in Montgomery County, thence due south along the
westernmost boundary line of the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan
District to the point of beginning.

1929, oh. 379, sec. 2.

627. The General Assembly of Maryland hereby declares the legisla-
tive intent to add the area defined in Section 626 of this subtitle to the
Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District in the year 1931, and after
the area herein defined shall have been added to the said District the 3c
administrative tax and the 7c park tax authorized by Sections 589 and
593, respectively, of this subtitle, being the Act creating the Maryland-
National Capital Park and Planning Commission, shall be levied within
the additional territory on the following dates:

The 3c administrative tax shall be levied effective July 1, 1931, and
the 7c park tax shall be levied effective July 1, 1937, within the said area.

628. If any clause, sentence, part or parts of this Act, or of any sec-
tion thereof shall be held unconstitutional, such unconstitutionality shall
not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this Act or of any section
thereof. The Legislature hereby declares that it would have passed the
remaining parts of this Act or any section thereof, if it had known such
clause, sentence, part or parts of any section thereof should be declared
unconstitutional.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY SUBURBAN DISTRICT.

1927, ch. 692, sec. 1.

629. The area in Montgomery County within the boundaries herein-
after in this Section designated, be and the same is hereby constituted a
special tax area or district for the purpose of this Act to be known as the
Montgomery County Suburban District, hereinafter referred to in this
Act as the District.

The said Montgomery County Suburban District shall include the fol-
lowing areas: (1) All of that portion of the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District located within Montgomery County as described by Chapter
122 of the Laws of Maryland of 1918; (2) the areas embraced within the
limits of Cabin John Park, Section 1, recorded in Plat Book 2, Plat No.
178, and Cabin John Park, Section 2, recorded in Plat Book 3, Plat No.
249, and Seven Locks Settlement, Section 4, recorded in Plat Book 3,
Plat No. 228, C. E. Benson's addition to Cabin John Park, recorded in
Plat Book 3, Plat No. 231, of the Land Records of Montgomery County,
provided however that the said Montgomery County Suburban District
shall exclude the following areas: (1) That portion of Wheaton Precinct
