ent public road running to Wroth's Corner; thence running with the said
public road running toward Betterton, till it reaches Stoneton road;
thence with said Stoneton road and continuing in a straight line easterly
till that line intersects Loyd's creek; thence with said creek to Sassafras
river, and all that part of the third election district and the north end
of the second election district lying to the north and west of said divi-
sion lines as above indicated, shall be known as precinct number two,
and the voting place of said precinct shall be Betterton, and all that part
of the third election district lying to the south and west of the afore-
said division lines shall be known as precinct number one, and the voting
place of said precinct shall be Worton Station.

180. It shall be the duty of the election supervisors of Kent county to
appoint judges and clerks and election officers as are appointed in the
other precincts and districts of Kent county, for each of said precincts,
residents thereof, to act as judges, clerks and officers of election for said
precincts, and who shall perform the duties of their offices in the manner
required by the election laws of the State of Maryland, and such judges
shall make their returns in the same manner as if the said precincts were
districts, and in accordance with the laws applicable to judges of election
for districts, and they shall receive the same compensation as other judges
and officers of election in Kent county.*

181. It shall not be lawful for any person in Kent county to carry, on
the days of election, secretly or otherwise, any gun, pistol, dirk, dirk-knife,
razor, billy or bludgeon; and any person violating the provisions of this
section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof
before any justice of the peace of said county, shall be fined not less than
five nor more than twenty dollars, and on refusal to pay said fine shall be
committed by such justice of the peace to the jail of the county until the
same shall be paid.

182. The fines collected under the preceding section shall be paid by
the officer collecting the same, to the school commissioners of the county,
for school purposes.

183. Any constable of said county, or the sheriff thereof, who shall
refuse to arrest any person violating section 181, upon information of
such offense, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction
thereof before the circuit court shall be fined not less than twenty nor more
than fifty dollars, and shall forthwith be discharged from office.

*Sec. 5, ch. 200, 1908, repealed all laws inconsistent therewith.
