8. They may use one common seal, and may change the same at their P. L. L., 1888, Art. 15, sec. 9. 1860, Art. 14, sec. 9.
9. They may make and establish such rules for the relief, regulation P. L. L., 1888, Art. 15, sec. 10. 1860, Art. 14, sec. 10. 1896, ch. 281, sec. 10.
10. They shall meet between the first and fifteenth days of September P. L. L., 1888, Art. 15, sec. 11. 1860, Art. 14, sec. 11.
11. They may allow such overseer any sum not exceeding two hundred P. L. L., 1888, Art. 15, sec. 12. 1860, Art. 14, sec. 12.
12. The said overseer shall give bond, payable to the said trustees, with P. L. L., 1888, Art. 15, sec. 13. 1860, Art. 14, sec. 13.
13. The trustees may remove such overseer in their discretion, and ap- P. L. L., 1888, Art. 15, sec. 14. 1860, Art. 14, sec. 14.
14. They shall meet four times in each year, in the first week in Janu- P. L. L., 1888, Art. 15, sec. 15. 1860, Art. 14, sec. 15.
