2808 ARTICLE 12.

directors, trustees or managers of such corporation so doing shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof in the Circuit Court for
Garrett County, or before any Justice of the Peace thereof, shall for each
and every offence be fined not less than fifty nor more than three hundred
dollars, or be sentenced to the Maryland House of Correction for not less
than three nor more than six months, or both fine and imprisonment, in
the discretion of the court of justice.

329. It shall be unlawful for the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Gar-
rett County, Maryland, to issue to any person or persons or corporation
a license to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer in Election
Districts Nos. 6, 10 and 12, commonly known as Sang Run, Deer Park
and Bittinger Districts of Garrett County, Maryland.

330. It shall not be lawful for the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Gar-
rett County, Maryland, to issue license to any person or persons to sell
spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer at any place in Garrett
County within three miles of Lower Savage School House, in the village
of Bond, Garrett County, Maryland.

331. It shall not be lawful for the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Gar-
rett county, Maryland, to issue license to any person or persons, associa-
tion or body corporate to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer
at any place in Garrett county, within three miles of Barnum station, on
the Western Maryland Railroad.

332. It shall not be lawful for the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Gar-
rett county, Maryland, to issue license to any person or persons, associa-
tion or body corporate to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or lager
beer at any place in Garrett county, within five miles of Henry Station,
on the Western Maryland Railroad.

pal Church, South, in Election District No. 1, in Garrett county, Mary-
land.
