1. The citizens and inhabitants of the town of Accident in Garrett
County, State of Maryland, are hereby incorporated by the name of the
"Mayor and Council of Accident," that by that name they have perpetual
*Ch. 513, 1890, relating to assessment and taxation of unclaimed military lots in
Allegany and Garrett Counties was held unconstitutional in Scharf v. Tasker, 73
Md. 378.
