FEES.

376. The following fees shall be charged and allowed Justices of the
Peace and Constables in Allegany County, Maryland, in all suits and
proceedings and causes brought before them, in Election Districts Nos.
4, 5, 6, 14, 22, 23 and 29, in which their jurisdiction extends, and any
contiguous Election District or Districts thereto in which said Justices
have jurisdiction; said fees shall be chargeable in both civil and criminal
proceedings and be allowed therein and shall be collectible and recoverable
as debts are now collected in actions at law; said fees shall be as follows:
