492A. That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City be and
the same is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into agreements or
contracts with the Public Athletic League, incorporated, for the purpose
of establishing, maintaining and conducting gymnasia, athletic fields and
recreation centers for the benefit of the people of Baltimore City, for
such length of time and upon such terms as the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore City may deem advantageous.

tory within the limits of said city without the consent of the city, and

of the Children's Playground Association (Division Eight United Women
of Maryland) for the maintenance of Children's Playgrounds in the City
of Baltimore, for such length of time and upon such terms as the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore may deem advantageous.
