be to Section "94," though the reference in the Act is to Section "11."

On page 100, in Stection 39, strike out the word "taxes."

On page 100, under sub-title "Public Service Commission" insert:

"347. 'Common carrier' includes automobile transportation companies;
municipal corporations supplying gas or electricity included in 'gas or elec-
tric corporations.' "
