from Black Walnut Point on Tilghman's Island to Cooks Point in Dor-
chester County shall be held and construed as the dividing line between
the Chesapeake Bay and the Great Choptank River and a straight line
drawn from Kent Point to Lowe's Point, thence from Lowe's Point to
north end of Poplar Island and a line from south end of Coaches Neck to
Green Marsh Island on mainland of Talbot County shall be held and con-
strued as the dividing line between the Chesapeake Bay and the Eastern
Bay.

Further Regulations in County Waters.

1929, ch. 471, sec. 29.

28. Anne Arundel. (a) Pound nets or other similar devices are pro-
hibited at all times in the waters of South River, or in any creek, cove or
inlet thereof above Saunders Point on the south side and Marsh Point on
the north.

(b) All nets except gill nets and haul seines are prohibited in any
creek, cove, tributary or inlet of South River.

(c) All nets or equipment are prohibited during the months of Febru-
ary, March and April in the head waters of South River from a line drawn
from Howards Point on the west side of said river to Briar Bottom on the
east side thereof, and in the headwaters of Beards Creek and in the head
waters of any of the creeks of South River for a distance of 400 yards
from the head thereof.

29. Baltimore County, (a) It shall be unlawful to fish with rod, hook
and line, from any boat or float of any kind between the 1st day of No-
vember and the 31st day of January, both dates inclusive, in each and
every year, in the waters of Back River (except in that portion lying west
of a line drawn from the end of the wharf on Cherry Grove Farm to Stans-
bury's Point), Seneca Creek (except that portion lying west of a line
drawn from Gun Point on the North to Flying Point on the south side of
said Creek), Seneca River, Salt Peter Creek and Middle River (except
that portion lying north of a line drawn from Clarks Point on E. Levy's
shore to the Maryland Yacht Club Point, and that part of Dark Head
lying north of a line drawn due east from the Maryland Yacht Club Point
to Bull Neck Shore and that part of Frog Mortar to Weiskettle's Laud-
ing, and to Norman's Creek and Stansbury's Creek), and in the waters of
their tributaries in Baltimore County and except in the waters between
Sue Island and Turkey Point.

(b) It shall be unlawful to fish with seines or nets of any kind in the
waters of Middle River, or in the waters of Sue's Creek west of a line
drawn from Clay Bank to Turkey Point shore southeasterly to the north-
easternmost point on Sue's Island, thence in a line running southerly to
a marked Rock Oak tree standing on the north side of Holly Neck Farm.

(c) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the waters of Dundee
Creek, with nets of any kind west of a line drawn from Levering's Point
