30. Sheriffs shall be entitled to charge and receive the following fees,
For taking bail bond...................................... 50
For collecting officers' fees, for every hundred, six per cent.
For every commitment and release........................... 40
For empaneling a jury................................... 3. 00
For serving scire facias, including the person summoned, for each
person summoned...................................... 75
For serving Citation, for each person summoned............... . 75
For executing a warrant of re-survey, per day................. 3. 00
For summoning evidences to prove the bounds of land, for each per-
If empowered to swear evidences, for every witness sworn by him.. 20
For keeping a prisoner in jail and finding him victuals, per day.... 30
For serving a writ of possession in ejectment and return........ -3. 00
For serving an ejectment and return........................ 2. 00
For serving an attachment of contempt and return............. 2. 00
For serving writ of estrepement or injunction and return....... 2. 00
For serving ne exeat and return............................ 3. 00
For serving a copy of declaration, short note, nar and notice or
