State, as an evidence of indebtedness from or by any person engaged in
preserving foods as aforesaid, to any person employed by him, her or
them, or used as an evidence or record of the state of accounts existing
between the said employer and any of his employes, he shall be deemed a
felon, and on conviction in any court in this State be sentenced to the peni-
tentiary for not less than one nor more than five years.

65. If any person shall falsely make, alter, forge or counterfeit, or
cause or procure to be falsely made, altered, forged or counterfeited, or
shall willingly aid or assist in falsely making, altering, forging or coun-
terfeiting, or shall utter or pass, knowing it to be falsely made, altered,
forged or counterfeited, any order, paper, letter writing, prescription,
recipe or other device purporting to have been made by a regular practising
physician, for any drugs, medicines, spirituous or fermented liquors, he
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction in any court
in this State shall be sentenced to the jail, the house of correction or
penitentiary, for not less than six months nor more than two years, in
the discretion of the court, If upon trial of any person charged with, or
indicted for such misdemeanor, it shall appear that he paid for, or offered
or promised to pay for, the drugs, medicine, spirituous liquor or fer-
mented liquor obtained by means of such falsely made, altered, forged or
counterfeited order, paper, letter writing, prescription, recipe or other
device purporting to have been made by a regular practising physician,
he shall not by reason thereof be acquitted of such misdemeanor.

66. Any person who, without the authority of the person or corpora-
tion issuing, selling or giving away any ticket, coupon, token, coin, disc
or slug or any other thing as evidence of the right of any person or persons
to enter, leave, ride upon or pass through or over any building, ground,
public conveyance, boat, bridge or other thing or place, to enter, leave,
ride upon or pass through or over which any fare or fee is charged, whether
said ticket, coin, coupon or disc or slug or other thing is intended or de-
signed or used to be inserted in a box or machine for collection of fares
or fees, or to be taken up by a collector, shall make, utter, forge or coun-
terfeit or cause or procure to be made, uttered, forged or counterfeited
or shall aid or assist in making, uttering, forging or counterfeiting, or
utter or pass, knowing it to be so made, uttered, forged or counterfeited,
any such ticket, coupon, token, coin, disc or slug or any other thing so
issued, sold or given away by any person or corporation, shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and on conviction in any Court of this State shall be sen-
tenced to the jail or house of correction for not more than one year.

67. Any person who shall operate, or cause to be operated, or who shall
attempt to operate, or attempt to cause to be operated any automatic
vending machine, slot machine, coin box telephone or other receptacle,
