103. All General and Local Laws or parts of such laws inconsis-
tent with the provisions of this Act,1'2 and all resident and non-resident
hunting license laws now in force, whether general and local, be and the
same are hereby repealed. Provided, that this Act1 shall not affect the
present law relating to licensing of gunning rigs used in the shooting of
wild fowl on the Susquehanna Flats. However, all persons hunting wild
fowl on the Susquehanna Flats must first procure a Hunter's License to
so hunt, shoot or kill. Local licenses issued to residents of Harford and
Cecil Counties shall be valid for the killing of wild fowl on the Susque-
hanna Flats. In case any section or provision of this Act shall be held
unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not be held to affect any other
section or provisions of this Act.1
Foxes.

104. From and after April 10, 1918, it shall be unlawful to sell, or
expose f or sale, any fox or any fox hide in Worcester, Somerset Counties,
and it shall be unlawful to ship by freight or express, or otherwise, or to
take any fox, or any fox hide, from any place within said State to any
place outside of said State. Any person or persons violating the provisions
of this Section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convic-
tion thereof in the Circuit Court of said counties shall be fined in a sum
not exceeding Fifty Dollars, or imprisoned for a term not exceeding ten
days, in the discretion of the Court, One-half of all fines collected under
the provisions of this sub-title shall go to the informer.3

105. From and after April 10, 1918, it shall be unlawful for any per-
son to dig out or in any manner to take from any den a female fox, or
her young whelps, or kill or in any manner cause the death of such female
fox, or her young whelps, during the period of time in which she is suck-
ling them. Any person or persons violating the provisions of this Section
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in the Cir-
cuit Court of said counties shall be fined not less than Ten Dollars nor
more than Fifty Dollars, or imprisoned for a term not exceeding ten days,
for every female fox or whelp so dug or taken out of any den, or killed
or caused to be killed. One-half of all fines collected under this sub-title
shall go to the informer.

106. Nothing in this sub-title shall be so construed as to prevent the
killing of foxes at any time by any person while they are in pursuit, or
in the act of killing or carrying away his, her or their poultry, and pro-
