1920, ch. 184, sec. 7.

7. The Bureau shall print an annual report of its activities on or before
the first day of January, and shall cause the same to be distributed to the
using authorities. The report shall contain a list of all contracts made and
the names of the contractors and sellers, together with the prices paid.

8. From and after January 1, 1921, all Acts and parts of Acts incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Article are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency; and especially those provisions of Article 78A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, title " Public Works, Board of," which
authorizes the Board of Public Works to contract for stationery and
materials for certain State departments.
