2308 ARTICLE 72.

of the said boat or boats to prevent oysters caught upon such areas from
being removed contrary to the provisions of this sub-title, and to arrest
all violators of such provisions.

163. It shall be the duty of the Commander of the State Fishery
Force to report in detail to the General Assembly of Maryland concern-
ing the progress of the work under this sub-title for replenishing the
natural beds, bars and rocks, such report to be printed and submitted
immediately prior to the convening of said Assembly in each of the years
1916 and 1918, to the end that the system of replenishing natural beds,
bars and rocks may, if successful, be extended to other localities of this
State.
