ARTICLE 47.

INSOLVENTS.

1. Petition by; what to contain.
2. Court to appoint preliminary trustee;
duty of; election of permanent trus-
tee.
3. Creditors may appoint parties to act
for them.
4. Court may order insolvent to appear
at any time; notice.
5. Discharge of.
6. Discharge of not to release others liable
as endorsers, etc.
7. Who shall not be entitled to release.
8. Fraud or undue preferences to be void.
9. Judgment confessed to give undue
preference void.
10. Creditor colluding with insolvent ; pen-
alty.
11. Estates of, to be distributed under or-
der of court; no lien acquired after
filing of petition.
12. Court may remove trustee.
13. Bonds of trustees; new bonds; proof
of claims.
14. Deeds, etc., containing preferences in
cases of insolvency, not valid. Ex-
