against whom complaint is made; within sixty days after said notice of
revocation of license shall have been delivered or mailed to any person
said party shall have the right of appeal to the Circuit Court of the City or
County wherein he may reside the judge or judges of which said Court
shall fully hear and determine all matters connected with the action of said
board from which appeal is taken, and the decision of said Court shall be
final; should no such appeal be taken within, sixty days, or should said
appeal result in the affirmation of the action of said Board, the Clerk of the
Circuit Court or Courts where said license so revoked shall have been
recorded shall, upon due notice from the Secretary-Treasurer of said board,
strike off the name of said party from the list of licensed practitioners
recorded upon said register. At any time within two years from the revoca-
tion of any license the board revoking the same may, by a vote of three mem-
bers, issue without examination a new license to the person whose license
was so revoked; but after the expiration of two years such person can obtain
a new license only by compliance with the same requirements which are
imposed on other applicants for license under this sub-title.

Chiropody.

363. All persons now practicing chiropody, or who shall hereafter begin
to practice chiropody in the State of Maryland shall possess the qualifica-
tions required by this sub-title. It shall be unlawful for any person to
designate himself or his occupation by the use of any words or letters or
trade diplomas calculated to lead others to believe that he is a chiropodist
or foot specialist unless he is duly licensed as provided for in this sub-title.
All persons licensed under this sub-title shall designate themselves as chirop-
odist and use no other appended titles, such as foot specialist, orthopedist,
surgeon, etc.

364. There shall be established a board of chiropody examiners for the
State of Maryland. This Board shall consist of four members, who shall
be selected by the Board of Medical Examiners of Maryland at its annual
meeting (in June), three of the said four members to be selected from
among the members of the Maryland Pedic Association, and one from
among the members of said Board of Medical Examiners of Maryland; and
each appointee is immediately after his election to be furnished with a certi-
ficate thereof by the said Board electing him. The term of office of the four
members first appointed shall be for one year, two years, three years and
four years respectively. The Board of Medical Examiners of Maryland
shall designate which of said members first appointed shall serve for said
respective terms. Upon the expiration of the term of each of said members
first appointed the term of his successor shall be for four years, the out-
going members to be eligible for re-election. The term of office of each mem-
ber shall commence on the fifteenth day of June next ensuing his appoint-
