The Maryland State Board of Censors.

1922, ch. 29 (p. 72).

126. The Maryland State Board of Censors shall continue to have
and exercise all the rights, powers, duties, obligations and functions now
or hereafter conferred by law.

Maryland Racing Commission.

1922, ch. 29 (p. 72).

127. The Maryland Racing Commission, and the rights, powers, du-
ties, obligations and functions now or hereafter provided for it by law,
shall not be affected by the terms of this Act.

General Repeal and Effective Clauses.

1922, ch. 29 (p. 73).

128. All laws and parts of laws conflicting or inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
