copy of the laws, documents and journals; to the directors of the Mary-
land penitentiary one copy of the laws; to the mayor and city council of
Baltimore two copies of the laws; to the chief judge and each of the asso-
ciate judges of the supreme bench of Baltimore city one copy of the laws;
to the clerk of the superior court of Baltimore city, the clerk of the court
of common pleas, the clerk of the circuit courts of Baltimore city, the
clerk of the criminal court of Baltimore, and the clerk of the Baltimore
city court one copy of the laws for the use of their respective offices and
three copies of the journals and documents for the inspection of the citi-
zens ; to the register of wills of Baltimore city one copy of the laws; for each
judge of the orphans' court one copy of the laws and one copy for the office;
one copy of the laws for each justice of the peace in and for the city of
Baltimore; to the clerks of the circuit courts for the several counties one
copy of the laws for office use and three copies of the journals and docu-
ments for the inspection of the citizens; to each of the associate judges of
the several judicial circuits, except the eighth circuit, one copy of the laws;
one copy of the laws, journals and documents for each member of the gen-
eral assembly; one copy for the office of the county commissioners; one copy
for each judge of the orphans' court; and one copy for each justice of the
peace in and for their respective counties; the said copies to be delivered by
the clerks of the circuit courts and the clerks of the Baltimore city court.

78. The remaining copies of the laws, journals and documents shall be
subject to the disposition of the committee mentioned in section 82.

79. The librarian shall deliver to each public circulating library or
library association which may make application therefor one copy of the
laws, journals and documents; provided there be at the time of the appli-
cation more than fifty copies of the volume applied for in the library.

80. The Maryland reports shall be distributed by the librarian in the
following manner, that is to say: to the court of appeals two copies for the
office and one for each of the judges thereof; to each of the associate judges
of the circuit courts for the several counties, to the chief judge and the asso-
ciate judges of the supreme bench of Baltimore city one copy each for the
use of their respective offices; to the clerks of the circuit courts for the
several counties and of the city of Baltimore and the clerk of the superior
court of Baltimore city, the clerk of the court of common pleas, the clerk
of the Baltimore city court, and the clerk of the criminal court of Baltimore
one copy each; to the registers of wills throughout the State for the use of
the registers of wills and orphans' court one copy; to the commissioner of
the land office one copy; to the executive chamber one copy; to the library
of congress two copies; to the general assembly eight copies; and to the
