State Live Stock Sanitary Board.

1. The State Live Stock Sanitary Board is hereby abolished, and
all duties and powers' heretofore devolved upon the Live Stock Sanitary
Board are hereby transferred to the State Board of Agriculture, together
with such additional duties and powers as stated in this Article.
