1916, ch. 208, sec. II.
317. Any person, firm or corporate body who shall violate any of
the provisions of this sub-title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more
than one hundred. ($100) dollars.

318. The State Board of Health shall be charged with the enforce-
ment of the provisions of this sub-title.
1916, ch. 208, sec. IV.
319. All fines and penalties imposed and recovered for the violation
of any of the provisions of this sub-title shall be paid to the State
Board of Health, or its agent, and when so collected and paid shall
thereafter be, by the State Board of Health, paid into the State Treas-
ury, for the use of the State.
