as snot crab or green crab. The provisions of this section shall apply
to all waters of the State of Maryland, and any person violating any
provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall
upon conviction be fined not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars
for each offense.
Driving Fish into Thresh Nets.

122. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to whip or beat
the waters of any river, creek, cove, inlet or tributary within the limits
of this State with poles, sticks, or any other thing, for the purpose of
driving fish into thresh nets, seines, nets, fish baskets, or any other con-
trivance for catching fish, and any person violating this section shall be
subject to the fines and forfeitures prescribed by Section 115 of this
Act*
