157. The third congressional district shall be composed of the first,
second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and twenty-second
wards of Baltimore city, and the ninth, tenth, eleventh and thirteenth
election precincts of the eighteenth ward of Baltimore city, as said
wards are numbered by the act of 1901, chapter 8, and shall be entitled
to choose one representative in the house of representatives.

ing part of the second congressional district shall make a return sepa-
rate from that to be made by the judges of the remaining district of
said county, and the judges of the election precincts of Baltimore city
composing the third congressional district, and the judges of the elec-
tion precincts of Baltimore city composing the fourth congressional dis-
trict shall, respectively, make separate returns, and separate returns
shall in like manner be made by the judges of the election precincts in
said city constituting a part of the second congressional district, and
also by the judges of the election precincts in said city constituting a
part of the fifth congressional district.
