who has never received pardon for such offense from the officer entitled
to grant such pardon, shall thereafter vote or offer to vote at any elec-
tion in this State, he shall, upon conviction thereof, be adjudged guilty
of a felony, and for each and every such offense shall be punished by
imprisonment in the penitentiary for not less than one nor more than
five years.

102. If any person shall wilfully disobey any lawful command of
any judge of election or of any board of registry, given in the execu-
tion of his or their duty as such at any registration or election, he shall,
upon conviction thereof, be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor, and
shall be punished by imprisonment in jail for not less than thirty days
nor more than six months, or by a fine of not less than ten ($10) dollars
nor more than two hundred and fifty ($250) dollars, or by both such
fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court. Any misde-
meanor under this article for which no penalty is specially provided
shall be punished as provided in this section.

103. If during any registration of voters or revision thereof, or on
any day of election or during the canvass of votes cast thereat or dur-
ing any subsequent canvass by any board of canvassers, any person
shall cause any breach of the peace, or be guilty of any disorder, vio-
lence or threats of violence whereby any such registration, revision,
election or canvass shall he impeded or hindered or whereby the lawful
proceedings of any officer or board of registration, or of any judge or
clerk, or other officer of such election, or challenger or person desig-
nated to be present during the reception or canvass of any ballots, or of
any canvassing board as hereinbefore provided, are interfered with,
every such person shall, upon conviction thereof, be adjudged guilty
of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by imprisonment in jail for.
not less than thirty days nor more than one year, or by a fine of not
less than fifty ($50) dollars nor more than one thousand ($1.000)
dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

104. If any person knowingly or wilfully shall obstruct, hinder or
assault, or by bribery, solicitation or otherwise interfere with any
officer of registration, or any judge or clerk of election or challenger or
person designated, as provided in this article, to be present at the recep-
tion or canvass of any ballots, in the performance of any duty required
by him or which he may by law be authorized or permitted to perform,
or if any person by any of the means before mentioned or otherwise
unlawfully shall, on any day of registration, revision of registration, or
