ARTICLE XXVII.

CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS.*

*The new Criminal Code prepared by the commission appointed for the pur-
pose, will be presented to the general assembly of 1912 for adoption and publica-
tion in pursuance of article 80, section 10; hence, article 27, "Crimes and Pun-
ishments," is omitted from this book in pursuance of the spirit of article 80,
sections 10 and 11.
