Form of Mortgage of Pel sonal Property.

64. I, ————, of ———— county, Maryland, being now indebted to

————, of ———— county, in the sum of ———— dollars, with interest
from ————, in consideration thereof, do hereby bargain and sell to
the said ————, the following property (here describe property); pro-
vided, that if 1, the said ————, shall pay to the said —————, the
said sum of ———— dollars, with the interest thereon, on or before the
