period of ten days; and no person shall shoot or hunt the game herein-
before mentioned with steam, gasoline, naphtha or other motor launches
under the penalties hereinbefore described.

65. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot, catch or kill any
game on the Lord's Day, commonly called Sunday, and any person
violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be subjected to a fine of
not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00/100) or more than fifty dollars
($50.00/100) and cost for each bird or animal so shot, killed or caught,
and in default of said fine and cost to be confined in the county jail for
thirty days or until said fine and coats are paid unless sooner released
by operation of law.

66. All bona fide members of any hunting club incorporated and
organized on or before the first day of May, 1904, under the laws of the
State of Maryland, and owning or leasing real estate therein within
one mile of the Patuxent river, and improved by a club house, and the
membership of which does not exceed thirty, shall be considered bona
fide residents of the State of Maryland within the meaning and inten-
tion of this section; provided, that such members exhibit, when
demanded by any authorized officer of the law, as evidence of his mem-
bership a card bearing his name, the corporate seal and name of his club
and the signature of the president and secretary thereof; provided, that
said club shall pay to the clerk of the circuit court wherein same may
bo located a fee of fifty dollars, to be known and designated as "Club
License," and upon the payment of which all the bona fide members of
said club shall be deemed residents of the State of Maryland in the
meaning of this section; provided, however, that in addition to the
above requirements the secretary of said club shall file with the clerk
of the circuit court of the county wherein said club may be located a
certified list of the membership of said club on or before the first day
of September of each year; and there shall be posted at the same time
in a conspicuous place on the premises of said club a certified list of its
members and their place of residence: provided, further, that if there
shall be issued to any person a membership card other than a bona fide
member of said club by the president and secretary as above prescribed,
or if any club member shall transfer his membership card to any person
not a member of said club, the license issued as aforesaid to said club
license shall become forfeited, and said club so violating this provision
of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction thereof before a justice of the peace, in addition to the forfeiture
of the license aforesaid, shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty,
nor more than one hundred dollars; and said fine shall be collected as
