19. Justices of the peace of Harford, Cecil, Kent and Baltimore
counties and Baltimore city shall have concurrent jurisdiction over
all violations of the provisions of sections 13 to 19 arising on the
Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries north of a line drawn from the
North Point Light to Tolchester Beach.
Any person convicted under sections 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18 failing t<>
pay his fine, the person so convicted shall stand committed to the
county jail or the jail of Baltimore city until the fine and costs are
paid, but such imprisonment shall not exceed sixty days for each
offense. Any deputy game warden, constable or other person who
shall procure the conviction of any person or persons violating the pro-
visions of sections 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18 shall receive one-half of the
fine collected after the payment of costs, and the remaining one-half
shall be paid over to the state treasurer, to the account of the state
game protection fund, to be used by the state game warden as may bo
provided by law.

20. No person shall shoot or in any manner catch or kill any par-
tridge or quail, English or Mongolian pheasant, American pheasant,
ruffled grouse or wild turkey in Garrett county between January first
and November first, or any rabbit from the first day of February to
the first day of November in Garrett or Allegany counties. No per-
son shall catch or kill any partridge or quail or wild turkey between
January the first and November the first, or any woodcock between
January the first and July the first, or any pheasant or ruffled grouse
between January the first and September the first in each and every
year. And no person shall shoot or in any manner catch or kill any
of the aforesaid birds or game animals in the counties of Frederick,
Baltimore, Prince George's, Calvert, Charles, Kent and Talbot between
the twenty-fourth day of December and the first day of November in
each and every year; and no person shall shoot or in any manner
catch or kill in the counties of Carroll, Harford, Anne Arundel. St.
Mary's, Queen Anne's and Cecil any partridge, quail, pheasant or
rabbit between the twenty-fourth day of December and the tenth day
of November following in each and every year; and no person shall
shoot or in any manner catch or kill any of the aforesaid birds or
game animals in the counties of Dorchester, Wicomico or Worcester
between the first day of February and the tenth day of November in
each and every year, under a penalty of not less than one ($1) dollar
nor more than ten ($10) dollars for each of the aforesaid birds or game
animals so shot, caught or killed; provided, however, that it shall be
