copies of the report of the state fish commissioners, and all of the afore-
said shall be printed and bound in paper, and the printer shall send
to the librarian five hundred copies of each of the reports in the manner
said reports have heretofore been bound; to be bound, one thousand
copies of the daily journal of the senate, one thousand copies of the
daily journal of the house of delegates, five hundred of each of which
shall be revised and corrected and printed in proper form for bind-
ing; three hundred copies of each and every bill, including general
and local bills, introduced in the senate; three hundred copies of
each and every bill, including general and local bills, introduced in
the house; two thousand "yeas" and "nays" for the use of the house
of delegates; two thousand "yeas" and "nays" for the use of the
senate; two hundred copies of the rules and orders for the use
of the senate; including parliamentary law and usage and practice of
the senate as now appended to the present rules of the senate; the above
rules and orders to be printed and bound in paper; two hundred copies
of the rules and orders for the use of the house of delegates, four hun-
dred copies of the list of members of both houses, two hundred lists of
the senate committees for the use of the senate; three hundred lists of
the house committees for the use of the house of delegates, fifteen hun-
dred copies of the acts and resolutions which may be passed by the
senate and house of delegates at the said ensuing session, to be bound
in law sheep. All the reports hereinbefore enumerated and the rules
and orders hereinbefore referred to shall be printed on rag stock
paper, and the copies of the acts and resolutions shall also be printed
on rag stock paper, with marginal notes; and the governor's mes-
sage, the reports of the comptroller of the treasury, the state treas-
urer's report, the report of the adjutant general, the state school report,
the report of the insurance commissioner, the report of the state board
of health and the report of the state fish commissioners shall also be
printed on rag stock paper, twenty-four inches by thirty-eight inches,
fifty pounds to the ream, sized and calendered, the size of the pages to
be regular octavo, and the type used shall be long primer for the body
of all various reports and brevier for the tabular statements; the acts
and resolutions shall be printed in small pica type; and the bills for each
house shall be printed and returned within thirty-six hours after the
receipt of the same by said printer; and the journals for each house for
each day, printed by said printer, shall also be delivered within twenty-
four hours from the receipt of the same by the printer. Said bids shall
also include all other matters not hereinbefore specified at the prices
hereinafter enumerated which may be ordered to be printed by the gen-
eral assembly or either house thereof at said ensuing session, and which
bids shall stipulate for doing the work so bid for in a good and work-
manlike manner, and all printing not enumerated shall be in usual
octavo or bill folio pages, as the general assembly or either house thereof
may expressly order, and shall be paid for, whether plain or tabulated,
at the price of one dollar and fifty cents per page, octavo, per thousand
long primer type, and two dollars and fifty cents per page, bill folio, for
