172. The principal teacher of every public school in the counties
and the truant officers of the city of Baltimore shall, within thirty days
from the beginning of the school year succeeding March 31, 1906, fur-
nish the board of county school commissioners or the board of educa-
tion of Baltimore city, as the case may be, with the names of all chil-
dren who are deaf, blind or feeble minded, between the ages of six
and sixteen years, inclusive, living within the boundaries of his or her
school district who do not attend school. And the board of county
school commissioners or board of education of Baltimore city shall cer-
tify forthwith the names of all such deaf, blind or feeble minded chil-
dren to the respective principals of the State schools for such children.

173. Wherever the word "Examiner" occurs in this article it shall
be construed to mean "County Superintendent," and wherever the
words "Assistant Examiner" occur they shall be construed to mean
"Assistant Superintendent."

174. Schools on or near the dividing line of two counties shall be
free to the children of each county; and the board of county school com-
missioners of the respective counties shall have power to provide jointly
for the maintenance of said schools.

175. Real and personal estate granted, conveyed, devised or
bequeathed for the use of any particular county or school district shall
be held in trust by the board of county school commissioners for the
benefit of such county or school district, and such grants and bequests
shall be exempt from all State and county taxes.

176. Moneys invested in trust for the benefit of the public schools

177. The board of trustees of the Maryland agricultural college
shall be constituted as follows: There shall be eighteen trustees, five
of whom shall be elected by a majority of the private stockholders of
said college, in the manner now provided by law, and the following six
