United States army, and for the naval reserves to that of the United
States navy, as they are now or may hereafter be prescribed by the
president and to the provisions of the laws of the United States, except
as otherwise provided in this article.

68. The military courts of this State shall be:
1. General Courts-Martial.
2. Regimental Courts-Martial.
3. Summary Courts.
4. Courts of Inquiry.
5. Delinquency Courts, which are of two kinds: (1) for officers,
(2) for enlisted men.
The constitution and jurisdiction of courts-martial: The form and
manner in which the proceedings of military courts shall be conducted
and recorded, and the forms of oaths and affirmations taken in the
administration of military law by such courts; the limits of punishment
of officers and enlisted men when on duty, as provided in section 12 of
this article, and the proceedings in revision shall be governed by the
articles of war and the law and proceedings of the courts-martial of the
United States.

69. No action or proceeding shall be prosecuted or maintained
against a member of a military court or officer or person acting under
its authority, or reviewing its proceedings on account of the approval
or imposition or execution of any sentence, or the imposition or collec-
tion of a fine or penalty, or the execution of any warrant, writ, execu-
tion, process or mandate of a military court.

70. The jurisdiction of the courts and boards, established by this
article shall be presumed, and the burden of proof shall rest on any
person seeking to oust such courts or boards of jurisdiction in any
action or proceedings.
1908, ch. 103, sec. 72.
71. All organizations shall be provided by the State with such arms,
equipments, colors, camp and garrison equipage, books of instruction
and record, and other supplies as may be necessary for the proper per-
formance of the duty required of them by this article; and each
organization shall keep such property in proper repair and in good
condition.

72. All officers and enlisted men who enter the service of the State
for three years, shall be furnished by the State with a service uniform,
