The act of 1910. ch. 310 (p. 398), authorized the governor to appoint a com-
mission to study the necessity of establishing a Fourth Regiment armory; to select
a site for the same; to gather information relative to the cost of the lot and the
erection of an armory thereon, and to make a report to the governor and general
assembly at its session of 1912.

Uniformed volunteer companies are subject to the laws for the government of
the militia—art. 23. sec. 396.
