engaged in the sale of intoxicating liquors, any minor to be of full age
for the purpose of inducing any such licensed inn keeper, restaurant
keeper or other person or persons engaged in the sale of intoxicating
liquors to sell or furnish any intoxicating liquors to said minors shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than twenty five ($25) dollars
or undergo an imprisonment in jail for a period not exceeding thirty
days; or both, in the discretion of the court.

106. Any person who obtains any spirituous or fermented liquors
from any person licensed to sell the same for any minor or person
under twenty-one years of age, knowing him to be such, to be drunk by
said minor or person under twenty-one years of age, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than
twenty dollars nor more than fifty dollars, or be imprisoned in jail for
not less than thirty days nor more than ninety days, or be both fined
and imprisoned, in the discretion of the court.

107. Any person who shall have taken out a license as provided by
this article, or under any other law, general or local, for the sale of
goods, wares and merchandise or for the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors or larger beer shall be permitted to sell cigars and non-alcoholic
drinks without procuring any other license.

108. Any person, or company of stage players, ventriloquists,
sleight-of-hand performers, rope dancers, tumblers and wire dancers
shall, before exhibiting or performing for a reward in any county in
this State, pay to the clerk of the circuit court for such county thirty
dollars for one year or one dollar for each exhibition, at his or their
option.

109. Every person, or company of circus riders or equestrian per-
formers who shall exhibit for a reward in any county in this State
