10. Nothing herein contained shall impair the rights of the cor-
porations of the cities of Baltimore, Annapolis or Frederick, or the
commissioners of any incorporated town in this State to impose a fur-
ther tax on billiard tables.

11. Any person applying for the same and paying the sum of one
hundred dollars may obtain a license for carrying on the business of

12. Any person applying for the same and paying the sum of
twenty-five dollars may obtain a license for carrying on the business

13. Any person who shall offer to act as real estate broker by adver-
tisement, sign or otherwise shall be required to take out a real estate
brokers' license, as required by the preceding section, before he shall
so act or advertise. This section not to apply to Baltimore city.

Failure of a real estate broker to take out a license, does not make a
contract with him as such broker, illegal or unenforceable. Coates v.
Locust Point Co., 102 Md. 297.

As to when a real estate broker is entitled to commissions, see art. 2,
sec. 17.

14. Any person applying for the same and paying the sum of fifty
dollars may obtain a license for carrying on the business of a bill
broker.
