Horse Races.

23. Licenses for sale of liquors at
horse races.

Hawkers and Peddlers.

24. When license necessary and when
unnecessary; not to apply to
Prince George's, Anne Arundel
or Cecil counties.
25. Rates of such license; not to apply
to Prince George's, Anne Arun-
del, Cecil or Garrett counties.
20. Granted only to single persons ;
good only within county where
issued.
