SEC. 7. Be it further enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 635.

AN ACT to repeal section 159 to section 177, inclusive, of Arti-
cle 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico
County," sub-title "Sharptown," and all amendments and
additions thereto, and to repeal Chapter 421 of the Acts of
1894, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, sections 167 and 168 of Article 23 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-title
"Sharptown," and to add an additional section thereto, to be
designated as 167A; and Chapter 336 of the Acts of 1902,
entitled "An Act to repeal section 161 of Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-
title "Sharptown," relating to election of commissioners;
also to repeal section 167 of Article 23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Sharptown,"
relating to powers and duties of the commissioners, as
repealed' and re-enacted by Chapter 421 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, January Session of 1894,
and to re-enact the same with amendments; and Chapter 363
of the Acts of 1904, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 165 of Article 23 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County,"
sub-title "Sharptown," relating to appointment of a clerk.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 159 to section 177, inclusive, of Article 23
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico' County,"
sub-title "Sharptown," and all amendments and additions
thereto, and to repeal Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1894, entitled
"An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 167
and 168 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Wicomico County," sub-title "Sharptown," and to add an
additional section thereto, to be designated as 167A; and Chap-
